This is a light lunch can be served on its own or as a meal with salad.


  • 4 large free range eggs
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Chopped chives
  • 2 Garlic cloves grated
  • Knob of butter
  • Grated cheese


  1. Put the grill on and heat up.
  2. Whisk the eggs and add a splash of water
  3. In a frying pan add your butter and melt gently.
  4. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown add the garlic and chives.
  5. Add the eggs to the frying pan.
  6. Sir the eggs untill they start to set.
  7. Add the cheese and put under grill to set.

To serve place on to a plate and fold in half serve with a salad or on its own enjoy x
